Bought a car from Joseph that broke down the next day. 6 months to get my money back after numerous letters and emails. He even made me pay for the car to be transported back at a cost of £150 which was never repaid.

Dear Phil sorry to hear that you are not happy with the purchase you made on 5th of February 2019,i still remember the purchase because i drove myself to Chester from Bristol. that car drive perfect on the way to Chester,you have done a test drive also you gave me a lift to train station as well, however these are second hand cars and we always checked the cars before its going to customers.i know you mentioned about the problems happened that month end and we suggest if you not happy with the car bring it back to us and we can issue a full refund.we paid all you money through bank transfer, we have the proof of transfer.i still don’t understand what made you send us a negative feedback after 4 years.if you need any support or need to talk feel free to contact us anytime thanks for your time thanks Joseph.
