I bought a car from these guys after doing research for a week. They have a good reputation, well earned and the whole process was easy and stress free. I test drove the car on a Thursday and had bought it and drove home the following day. They were completely honest about everything with the car and very friendly guys. The car came with 3 months warranty and after having some issues a month after the purchase, they reimbursed me for the full costs of my repairs. I have nothing but praise for these guys from start to finish and if I ever need another car in the future, I will definitely consider C&S Car Haus again.

These people are not to be trusted ! Be careful. I liked one of their cars but couldn't travel to showroom to see car due to long distance, so I paid £200 and arranged for an AA car inspection. The inspection time was confirmed by AA with C&S and I was promised they would keep the car for me until the inspection was complete. They rang me just the day before inspection and said sorry we sold the car to some one else. You can imagine my fury ! They broke to promise to me. They broke their appointment with AA. I lost £200 fee to AA just so they could grab a quick sale. Never again will I deal with these untrustworthy and unprofessional dealers !

hello there, Firstly my sincere apologies and really sorry to hear the situation. In the ad and also in our website it is clearly mentioned that we work with appointment basis only also if you want to secure the car we need a minimum deposit of £50 which is refundable.I know that you had a chat with our staff about sending someone for an inspection ,its totally fine but you didn't secure the car with a deposit.We are getting many enquiries and they never turn up. Hence we require deposits.I hope you understand the situation.Thanks

Sony is incredible and went above and beyond for us when buying a car. The best service and an ever nicer owner! We would 100% buy future cars from here. Cannot recommend this company enough! Love our new car, thank you ever so much Sony!!!!!

Extraordinary efficiency and trust in me demonstrated - the car was delivered to my door, in the middle of nowhere, 100 miles from Bristol, at lunchtime on Bank Holiday Monday, after a phone call late the night before (a Sunday), without me even paying a deposit! It looks fantastic, potentially offering exceptional value for money, but I havent actually driven it yet. I hope I can do a lot more with Sony in the future.
